Registration

There is no conference registration fee however all conference attendees must register. You will need to register via Conference Portal before you login to portal. A short summary of topics for both industry and academic presentations are available via Conference Topics. If you are attending as business representative or from industry, you can write a short abstract about your presentation only and leave paper submission sections blank unless you prefer to submit a paper for proceedings. All scientific paper authors need to register and need to follow abstract and paper submission instructions and deadlines via Important Dates and Instructions section.

Abstract submission can be made via the portal with completing the abstract section. You will need to register to Conference Portal first. To register please use Submit Abstract and Paper link at Navigation Window. The authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit full papers.

High quality and selected papers of the conference will be reviewed for publication in Journal of Ocean Engineering. All papers will go through a two-step review process - peer reviewed by the International Scientific committee and by additional reviewers. The scientific papers will be submitted in English. Scientific contributions must be presented either as oral presentation or as poster presentation in English. Industry presentations and panels will be held in both Turkish and English. The working language of the conference is Turkish and English that will be used for all printed materials. Presentations and discussions will be held in Turkish and English.

Please note that all papers that will be accepted by the scientific committee and presented at the conference will be included in the Conference Proceedings. In order to be included in the Conference Proceedings all papers must be presented at the conference. Please use the conference Latex files for your paper format.

The Bilek Istanbul Hotel is located in the 4.Levent district at the heart of the business area of Istanbul where surrounded by luxurious shopping malls and headquarters of the biggest companies of Turkey and a short distance from the main tourist attractions of Istanbul.
